Extensive experience in startups and scaleups, taking products from nothing to millions in revenue.
Much of the role of a product manager is covered by you as a founder, meaning you don't need a full time product manager. The fractional model means you only pay for the expertise you need, saving you tens of thousands of pounds.
I helped Emizio rewrite their sales deck to land their initial customers, with follow-on work reviewing client proposals.
I helped Ambr with their product positioning and their go-to-market strategy while raising their initial funding round

In early stage companies, a lot of the role that would be occupied by a product manager is taken up by the founder - things like understanding the customer and the product vision.
The kind of person an early stage company needs can cost over £100,000 a year (accounting for employer costs, pensions etc.) which is out of reach of many early companies!
If and when you do need to hire a full time person, I can help with that as well.
By default I use Google Docs as it's free, easy to use and allows easy commenting, sharing and tagging.
If needed, I can join internal chat channels on Slack, Google Chat, Discord or any platform you're using.
I'm based in High Wycombe, a town about 25 minutes outside of London, UK.
As an example, a complete re-write of a sales deck (including background research, founder interviews and revisions) will take under two weeks.
If there are specific timelines you are working to, let me know and I will do my best to meet them!
Firstly - I will do my best to make it right through additional revisions and sessions! However, if you're still not happy I will refund you in full (I will retain rights to any IP produced); for retained work, there is no contract so you can cancel at any time.
